Keynote speaker: Doug Sterner, leading national expert on America’s military heroes, co-author of the “Stolen Valor Act of 2005” and CNN’s “Most Intriguing Person in the News”

Heroes walk among us every day. Who is your hero? A veteran, a firefighter, a police officer? Or is your hero a member of your own family, a volunteer or a hospice patient who is living life to the fullest? Join us as nationally renowned expert and Vietnam veteran Doug Sterner, creator of the largest database of American military heroes, shares real-life stories of courage, valor and selflessness. Participate in both virtual and hands-on "hero storyboards" and learn more about Hospice of the Western Reserve’s call to serve.
