"Cover Your Assets" Roof Loans available NOW

Now is the time to apply for the Cover Your Assets No-Interest Roof Loan. We are taking applications for those residents that live in the 44119 zip code who are in need of a new roof. The program is only available in 2012 and funding is limited, but we still have spots available.

This is a very unique program in partnership with Neighborhood Housing Services that has no payments due until sale or transfer of your home. Anyone is eligible to qualify regardless of income. The only restrictions for the program are that you need to be in an owner-occupied home, be current on your mortgage and property taxes and live in the 44119 zip code.  

Don’t let this great program only for residents of North Collinwood disappear without you taking advantage of it. Now is the time to take care of your roof and gutter concerns through this one time program. The program will close at the beginning of next fall, so time is limited.
