Made in Collinwood

Wondering what’s happening with Made in Collinwood, Northeast Shores’ newest program to support makers in our neighborhood?

It’s almost ready to launch. Over the past couple months, we’ve been meeting one-on-one with makers to understand how they got here, what they create and what other support they need to thrive.

We’re photographing Collinwood makers with one of our incredible resident artists, Bridget Caswell. The final touches are being put on the Made in Collinwood logo. And all this work will drive our support of makers, start-up enterprises and microbusinesses for years to come.

This month we plan to launch Made in Collinwood with all of our makers. Just like our kickoff meeting in November, we’re getting all of the stakeholders together to find out what we learned, next steps and challenges along the way. Then the real work begins.
