Halloween on WaterBOO!
On October 29th from noon to 2 p.m., monsters and witches meet at the Tower on Waterloo and E. 156th Street for Halloween on WaterBOO! Trick-or-Treat from gory galleries to spellbound stores. Make people afraid when you make scary artwork. Play ghoulish games. This fun free event is open to everyone, rain or shine.
