Cleveland Pandemic Response Seeks Volunteer Street Ambassadors

Cleveland Pandemic Response (CPR) seeks volunteer street ambassadors for their outreach program to assist residents in need register for Cleveland Recovers mutual aid hub. Street ambassadors will provide grassroots, on the ground support to individuals in need and connect them to Cleveland Recovers, where volunteers and organizations offer volunteer services, basic-needs items, and resources.

CPR formed as a volunteer group of organizers and community members to address the collective needs of the Cleveland community and aims to provide mutual aid and support to Northeast Ohio residents during Covid-19 pandemic. The approach offers a grassroots response to needs-exchange that empowers and builds leadership at the ground level.

Cleveland Recovers mutual aid hub is designed to facilitate community preparedness and recovery. Individuals can request help or sign up to donate or volunteer. Local organizations can also sign up to provide donations or volunteer service via hub portal.
