"Branches" Art Space Grand Opening March 23rd
Branches Art Space, the new Collinwood based artists' alliance announces its Grand Opening Art Exhibit featuring local artists. Join us on Friday March 23rd from 6-10 pm to view a variety of art including jewelry, photography, metal sculpture, beachglass jewelry and driftwood sculpture, painting, mixed media mandala work and much more.
This will also be an evening to meet and get to know the local artists in your community and share some wine and cheese. Branches Art Space, located at 18322 Lakeshore Blvd. in the old Lakeshore Florist location next to Beachland Hair Design, is a shared studio, gallery, and teaching space.
After our Grand Opening, this art exhibit will run through May 4th before we change the exhibit.
We had a wonderful response to our call to artists on February 19th. Many artists, neighbors and friends joined us in sharing coffee, wine, cheese and goodies throughout the day. Now we’ll busily be preparing for our grand opening! We look forward to seeing you there!
We are still looking for a few more artists in the following media: ceramics and pottery, sculpture, watercolor, painting, wood craft, portraiture, multimedia. Come join us to share the gift of creativity with the community.
