  • Bill Azman poses for a portrait in the kitchen in the back of his shop were all the meats are prepared.
  • Azman prepares a special order for a customer of istria, a semi-dry Slovenian sausage.
  • Azman shows the original manual for his smoker from the 1950's, seen in his smoker behind him is a special order of venison meat, the customer brought the meatr in and Azman smoked it for him.
