“Awe..I don’t want this to end” was a comment made by one of the campers attending the Girls STEM Camp that was held during the week of June 18th.  Girls participated in hands on engineering activities building levers, simple machines and amusement parks rides (ferris wheels) using Ko’nex; online coding to program robots on a board creating a story line around books. Special thanks go out to the National Congress of Black Women and Innovative Thinkers founder, Arliea Marshall for their sponsorship of the program.
