It’s been a Year to Remember

  • In July the Most Reverend Nelson Perez joined St. Jerome Pastor, Reverend William Jerse and former Pastors, the Reverends Francis Walsh and Thomas Haren to celebrate Mass for our Centennial Gala.

  • Approximately 460 people came together to celebrate a century of faith, fellowship and family at the Irish American Club East Side. Generations of St. Jeome families and Alumni attended.

  • It would be unheard of today, but in 1931 this 3rd grade class of over 50 children was not unusual.  At its peak enrollment St. Jerome School had over 450 students.  Ant that was before Kindergarden or Pre-School!

  • Over the years the church bulletin has changed.  Gone are the days of the annual "fame and shame" giving report listing every family by street with their contribution totals.  While the bulletin is still a great communication tool we have added a web page at stjeromecleveland.org and a Face book page.
