Next Step: Central State University

The Cleveland Metropolitan School District wanted to do what they could to honor and celebrate our seniors from the by hosting drive up graduation ceremonies. In six days, nearly 2,300 seniors received their diplomas during 32 graduations. As a teacher, it was fantastic to see our students and their families and be able to wish everyone good luck as they move on to the next stage in their lives.

The purpose of this article is to celebrate our teenagers in Collinwood and Euclid that graduated from Cleveland School of the Arts this June. CSA is the only fully infused academic and arts high school in CMSD, located in University Circle. Students major in their selected art form alongside rigorous academics. Arts focuses include Dance, Theater, Orchestra, Band, Vocal Music, Visual Art, Fashion, Photography, Creative Writing and Integrated Arts. Students produce, perform, present and exhibit their work throughout the school year. CSA graduates were offered over $1.6 million in college scholarships this year!

We are so proud of our Class of 2020 and cannot wait to see the wonderful things you will do. Whether your life takes you near or far, do not forget about your community. Best of Luck!
